Shipping: The art prints are printed to order by my print partner The Print Space and shipped directly to you. Orders from the EU are produced in Germany. I deliver within the EU. You can find the shipping costs in the shipping policy.
Delivery time: The print usually ships within 3 working days and then takes about 3–5 working days to arrive. It is sent in a reinforced tube or sturdy packaging.
Right of withdrawal – please read before you buy: You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Because every print is only printed for you, though, that takes effort:
- You organise and pay for the return shipment yourself. The print goes back to me in Bonn as a parcel, not to the print studio.
- Please pack it the way it arrived. So keep the tube or packaging until you're sure.
- The paper is delicate. Only touch it at the edges and with gloves. Creases, dents, fingerprints or stains reduce its value.
- You have to cover any loss in value that goes beyond simply looking at and checking the print. That also applies, for example, if you mount it, trim it or tape it into a frame. I deduct that amount from the refund.
- You get your money back as soon as the print is back with me or you've provided proof of the return shipment.
So: if you're not sure whether the motif, size or paper is right for you, write to me before you buy. I'm happy to send you more photos or measurements. That's the better way for both of us.
Transport damage: If something arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the print and write to me. I'll take care of a replacement.
